PIZZA
- Our dough is allowed to ferment for a period about 48 hours and fast baked at 400⁰ C under 90 seconds. Long fermentation and fast bake lead to a more digesteable and delicious pizza which is a little bit juicy in the middle but fluffy, chared and leopardized at the edges ("cornicione" in Italian). If we were you, we would never leave these delicious edges on our plate but treat them with our diligently prepared bites, salads and vegetables. :)
- We simultanously bake 2 pizzas in our oven due to our baking discipline. In this sense, we recommend to order a shared menu for crowded tables.
